We offer a variety of individual therapies and treatments, alongside regular live and online classes.

Why not try something new? Individual therapies can be booked at reception, our freelance therapists charge £25.00 per session. This is paid directly to the therapist in cash or by bank transfer.

You need to book for our classes in advance due to Covid restrictions on numbers. Classes are free, however a donation is much appreciated.
